Dean George H. Demers Jr., the chairman of the modern language arts department
Signed my yearbook with the words to a fine and refined student here, and then he said:
"I declare you, now and forevermore."

Sister Augustine was sitting next to Sister's old Mahogany Steinway baby grand piano in the convent and Sister Augustine was teaching me the piece "God is Alive". Then Sister Augustine said, Stephen I have good news for you. God has blessed you three times. I have checked your voice repeatedly and you can reach every note on the scale. Therefore, you are a Baritone - Tenor and you have perfect pitch and you have a falsetto.
God has blessed you three times. And you have a good mask.
Stephen God has blessed you with a very powerful operatic voice
Stephen God wants you sing for his people
Sister Augustine said, "Stephen, your voice is a gift from God. It really is."

My Mother Lorraine Tablawski Mcquade's friend Rita Plunkett Larose called one day and we were talking and she said Stephen you are very lucky you have - All - American boy next door good looks and God has blessed you with a tremendous voice. About that time William Donahue and I were practicing in Saint Michael's Church and William Donahue said, "Stephen you need a slogan." I said, "OK, I'll pray about it and try to compose one."
And then we continued practicing and then his cellphone rang and then I did what I always do to afford him privacy. I walked to the first pew in Saint Michael's Church I kneeled down blessed myself and bowed my head and I prayed GOD GOD GOD William Donahue said I need a slogan. What words should I use ? And then the words came into my mind.

Then I prayed, "Thank you God." I blessed myself and then I sat back in adoration until William Donahue finished his cellphone conversation.
Then I walked back to the music stand next to the baby grand and said to William Donahue I think God gave me a slogan. I told him the words and he said, "That is fantastic - very true - wonderful!" I said, "Thank you. God bless you and God be with you."
And then I lit two candles on the altar at
Saint Michael's Church.

"GOD IS ALIVE" - SISTER AUGUSTINE
Sister Augustine was teaching me the piece, "God is Alive," in the convent and then Sister Augustine said, "Alright, Stephen, you've got it. You've mastered the piece. Now I want you to play it and sing it." Then Sister Augustine said, "Alright, stand up Stephen. Now I am going to play it and sing it. Alright. Now, I'll play it and I want you to sing it with me." Then Sister Augustine pointed at the music and said, "That's a whole note. It gets four beats. Remember to hold it out for four full beats." Then Sister Augustine said, Stephen that is a beautiful song it is definitely a God sent song. And then Sister Augustine said, before you leave we must go into the chapel to pray for World Peace, Follow me. Then Sister Agustine and I went into the chapel, knelt down, blessed ourselves and prayed for World Peace. Then Sister Augustine and I sat in adoration for 15 minutes. Then Sister Augustine and I exited the chapel. Then Sister Augustine said "Have a good week", I'll see you next week. Remember to practice. God Bless you and

IN 1975, I WAS WORKING AT:
TABLAWSKI’S BAKERY.ON THURSDAYS AND FRIDAYS PETER SILVA WOULD COME INTO THE STORE WITH HIS GUITAR AND WOULD PLAY HIS GUITAR AND I WOULD SING A SERIES OF SONGS, AND MANY TIMES THE CUSTOMERS WOULD JOIN IN AND SING. THEY WERE SMILING AND HAPPY AND EVERYONE WAS HAVING A GOOD TIME.
AT THAT TIME I WAS STUDYING CLASSICAL PIANO MUSIC BY THE DIRECTION OF: SISTER AUGUSTINE AT: THE SISTERS OF THE HOLY UNION OF THE SACRED HEART OF JESUS CONVENT AT : ST. MARY'S VILLA LOCATED AT: 142 CHESTNUT STREET IN LOWELL , MASS.
